The concept is based on my memories of my great-grandmother’s piano, who graduated from the institution of noble girls and acquired it before the 1917 revolution. The tool has been in my family for a long time. And all this time, as long as I can remember, there’s been talk of his restoration. Our most precious, but not primary, things and memories are often in a state of eternal expectation of their rebirth, which will never come. Piano isn’t just a musical instrument, it’s a silent witness to a lost era and family history.
