The series is part of the group project «Where’s the problem?» on urban problems in Moscow: to visualise the hidden vulnerability of a particular street, home or neighbourhood, the form of targeted signs that are turned into art objects is used. The project takes part in the Open College «Global City. City universe.»
Concept
The city is a large and multidimensional universe that does not obey any laws and lives with its own problems. One of them is hard. Tap is zero speed, physics isn’t free. The crowd is breathing, rolling, entering the doors, but your own movement is disappearing. You must obey and become part of the flow or resist, risk being crushed or thrown on the side of the road.
