The collection of objects «Barunya» from the CERAMUM brand, authored by Ivan Basov and Nastasia Dulenko.
The plastic lines, the image, the sensual component of the collection «Barunya» of lamps from designer Ivan Basov for CERAMUM company is inspired by the images of rich dresses of Russian merchants. In the collection, I wanted to preserve the ethnic component, lines, femininity, but at the same time make relevant and fresh objects that would look good in interiors today. The bas-relief was designed specifically for the collection to emphasize the Russian dna of the project, referring the viewer to the Orthodox culture. The starting lines of the shapes are taken from various parts of Russian outfits. For example, table lamps repeat headdresses in scarves, sconces refer to the cuffs of sleeves, a table lamp to the hem of the outfit. There is also a sconce in the collection, referring specifically to the feminine element of the collection. At the moment, two sconces have been made: No. 1 and No. 2.
