Architectural Solution
Create an architectural and facade solution for a premium-segment property: show the architectural image of the house and the logic of how it works for living. The submission should reflect key functional elements (master suite, bathrooms, garage, modularity/expandability), as well as consider lighting and ceiling heights at the conceptual level.
You must submit: — Facades (4 sides) and/or main projections; — 2–4 visualizations/perspectives (and/or collages) revealing the architectural image; — A short explanatory note (up to 1 page): concept, materials, key advantages.
Master Layout Plan (Integration of a group of houses into a cottage community)
Propose a planning solution for a fragment of a community: how the houses are arranged, how driveways and parking function, where the key zones are located, and how privacy and comfort are ensured.
You must submit: — A master plan diagram of the fragment (house placement, driveways/access roads, parking, key zones); — 1–2 logic diagrams (your choice): privacy / view corridors / circulation routes / usage scenarios; — 1–2 perspectives/visualizations/collages of the environment + a short explanation of why the chosen structure works. Recommendations for the project (presentation guidelines and preferences) Please note that the competition entry must be original and created specifically for participation in the competition.
